Brenda has worked with hundreds of clients over her 17 years in the field of exercise and nutrition. Her ability to help you succeed in achieving your goals as a health coach is backed by her years of experience as an athlete, coach, chef and caterer. She holds a degree in Psychology and is a Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist (C.H.E.K. Level 2) trained by the Chek Institute - one of the world’s most highly regarded programs in advanced scientific exercise programming, as well as a nutritional and lifestyle coach through the Chek Institute. Brenda is also a Certified Advanced Metabolic Typing Advisor through the Healthexcel Lab, where she trained to analyze your unique nutritional needs and create a customized diet plan for clients.
